Sites to Consider: PaperRater, Gooru, BetterLesson, Realtimeboard

This site allows a student to paste an essay and get some feedback, either on citations or on writing level.  The grammar check seems to be more sophisticated than what is built into docs. Quick OverView Video. Instructional Video that you can with students.

Gooru - This one has been around for awhile, but it is an organized collection of online resources organized by subject area.

BetterLesson has put together some short videos around authentic instructional practice that teachers are using in their blended learning, ELA, math and science classrooms.  The videos are well done and I do think that there are some really good take aways.

I have been thinking about ways to make the interactive whiteboards more interactive.  One of the things that I really do not like about our current whiteboard setup, is that there is no easy way to save markups on documents.  I have been looking at realtimeboard.com and I think that it might offer a solution that gives teachers some of the perks of typical in other interactive board programs and then some.  Here is an overview video of the product. Additionally, RealtimeBoard gives premium features to teachers for free.  Fill out this form.
